Palma Nova
 Palma Nova, situated on the Southwest coast, is a quiet family resort adjoining its more rumbustuous neighbour Magaluf. Whilst the two are co-joined, they couldn’t be moredifferent. .
Palma Nova has a more genteel flavour, and is far smaller. The modern promenade which still boasts the odd pine tree is peppered with a wonderful array of cafes and restaurants to suit every taste. To sit and watch the world go by at one of the seafront pavement cafes is a pastime enjoyed by residents and tourists alike.
Shopping is a must in this friendly resort, shoes and handbags are a great buy! The 500 metre long white sandy beach has everything one could wish for including water sports.

Ciros

Established in 1978, this magnificent restaurant is situated on a prime site overlooking the sea, what could be more idyllic? The menu is long and varied, but Ciros speciality is seafood, indeed you will be able to select your choice of seafood, including lobster from the special tanks. Here you will enjoy the wonderful ambience, excellent food served by knowledgeable waiters, and romantic summer dining on the terrace.
There is also a salon de te (a tea shop) situated alongside the restaurant, it is in fact a small terrace which also overlooks the beach, here you may enjoy a variety of teas, ice creams, pastries etc. In the winter months the speciality is their warming and delicious cup of hot chocolate, but be warned, I’m talking seriously thick chocolate, usually accompanied by churros, a type of doughnut pastry!
Capuccino
The place to be in Palma Nova! Opposite the promenade looking toward the sea, this café specialises in all types of coffee, in the summer the one to try is Mochaccino, a cold mocha coffee with ice cream, topped with whipped cream, and absolutely calorie free! Light snacks are also served. The desserts are to die for, don’t miss the banoffee pie. You will be served by elegant waiters whose long white aprons give them an air of elegance
Abracadabra

This pizza restaurant is pure magic, hence the name! Occupying a prime corner plot fronting the main street and looking to the sea, this is an ideal venue to enjoy a pleasant meal at any time of the day. The interior resembles a scene from The Arabian Nights, complete with tented ceiling, or one can dine on the terrace. Choose your own ingredients to make your ideal pizza, or select one of their own inventive suggestions.

In the Arcade opposite MacDonald’s this small and intimate bistro restaurant is a delight, dine under the grape vine on the terrace or in the bistro/bar. Owner/Chef Martin Sveen has worked in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants. He spent a great deal of time in Sydney, Australia, and Bermuda, therefore you will find influences from these exotic places in his cooking. The menu is innovative and exciting. Caribbean and Scandinavian dishes are a speciality.
Dining at the sensibly priced Seymour’s is a must for the discerning diner. For the person with a small appetite Seymour’s even have a half portion menu, a splendid and commendable idea! It is essential to book at this popular bistro, small is indeed beautiful. They close Tuesday and Sunday. O’Neil’s
The Irish bar. Famous for its home cooked wholesome fare, and for their steak and Guinness pie, oh yes and cold Guinness! This friendly bar with a pub atmosphere, and intimate terrace is a popular haunt of the ex pats who enjoy the special atmosphere especially when rugby matches are televised. Great value food and traditional music.

A fun place for everyone. Situated just behind the main strip in sub tropical gardens complete with splendid waterfalls and caves with three 18 hole miniature golf courses, this in no way can be described as crazy golf. Skill is needed to handle this cleverly designed golf complex, yet children too will love the challenge. There is a café serving light refreshments. Floodlit in the evenings this is a perfect place for a post prandial stroll and gentle exercise, make sure you take your mozzi spray in the evenings! Open from 10:00am till 2:00am.

This spectacular dinner show is a favourite with the many celebrities who visit Mallorca; Pirates Adventure is actually situated in nearby Magaluf. Don’t miss this, you will be exhilarated by the amazing feats of daring, and carried away be the sheer exuberance and expertise of the performers. There are two shows, an early one for families, and a later adult show. It is essential to book early in the summer months; the shows sell out very quickly.

Marineland

Is an absolute must for the whole family, the splendid location overlooking the sea adds a dramatic backdrop to the dolphin show which is rated as one of the best in the world. I am not exaggerating! There is much to do and see here, from the seal and parrot shows to the children’s water slides and Pirate Galleon. You will be fascinated by the amazingly coloured tropical fish and sharks on view in the subterranean aquarium.
Marineland is indeed a valuable learning adventure for children in addition to providing a day of entertainment. There are a variety of places to eat, including a vast terrace overlooking the sea. There is also access to the beach.
Magaluf

Thirty five years ago the pine covered headland of Torrenova looked down on silent idyllic sandy beaches. Now however this is one of the liveliest and busy resorts in the entire Mediterranean, mainly due to the recent refurbishment by Calvia council.
The promenade and beach has been doubled in size and it would be difficult, nay impossible to assess how many bars andrestaurants ply for business therein! Day time activities are many and varied. The nocturnal shenanigans take place in the infamous area known as Punta Belena where clubs and discotheques abound.
Magaluf is home to the largest discotheque in Europe, the famous BCM. Many famous names have played here.
Aqualand
Is one of Magaluf’s main attractions, the larger of the two water parks; its accessibility to the resort ensures its continued popularity. It boasts some of the scariest flumes

Opposite Aqualand, offers much more than just the usual water park attractions, here you will marvel at the spectacular high diving show, chuckle at the antics of the seals, and join in the excitement of the gun fighting cowboys. There are also pony rides, and bouncy castles. The Lazy River is a great favourite, which makes Western Water Park a terrific family day out. You will also find plenty of places to eat, however you are welcome to take your own picnic boxes.

Daquiri Palace

Prince William
Situated next to Hotel Teix hovering between Palma Nova and Magaluf. Open 365 days of the year from 11:00am - 4:00am. This bar/pub is incredibly popular, mainly due to the gigantic TV screen
showing all sports including cricket football and rugger. There’s a great atmosphere, with good music, party nights, and karaoke.
